The Carrier Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer with heat recirculation is the most energy efficient method for drying your product. The initial drying stage is performed with hot air from the burner, drying off the majority of moisture, the moisture ladened air is then exhausted to atmosphere through a dust collector.
The second drying step uses tempered ambient air to continue the drying process and reduces the outlet temperature of the material. The discharge air from this section of the dryer is passed through a dust collector and used as the pre-heated air supply for the initial drying stage. By recirculating the heated air and the use of an evaporative cooling zone provides higher drying efficiency at a reduced energy cost.
